Oshino Hakkai is eight spring ponds located in Oshino Village next to Fujikawaguchiko Town. It was designated as a Japanese Natural Monument in 1934, and was registerd as a part of component parts of Mount Fuji World Cultural Heritage in 2013.

The eight spring ponds in Oshino Hakkai are as follows. However, Nakaike pond (an artificial pond next to souvenir shop) is widely used as a symbolic photograph representing Mt.Fuji and Oshino Hakkai. *The main photo used on this page is Nakaike pond.
